Progress App Terms & Conditions

This agreement defines the usage conditions for the Progress app provided by chomoranma ("developer"). Persons who use this application must agree to these terms and comply with them. When downloading, installing or using this application, the user agrees to this agreement.

1. User responsibilities and rights

4. Billing for this application uses the automatic renewal subscription type billing function provided by Google Inc. on Google Play.

5. The paid plan will continue to be charged automatically unless you cancel your subscription through Google Play.

6. Once paid, the usage fee will not be refunded except when there is a reason attributable to the Company, including when the communication service is unavailable.

4. User responsibility

If problems occur with the services between users or between users and third parties, we will be responsible for solving the problems at your own expense. The developer does not take any responsibility.
